Where are Shot Shirts products made?
All Shot Shirts products are printed to order in the United States. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
What brand of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality apparel brands, including Gildan 64000 for many of our t-shirt designs. Product availability may vary depending on the specific item.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since every product is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality checking. After production, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
Most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping is $4.75 per order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart available on each product page before ordering. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own for the best fit.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because your order goes into production shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to help whenever possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's delivery progress.
